2. CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force):

• Male: 81-86 CM (with expansion)

3. 100 Meters Race:

• Male: 16 seconds
• Female: 18 seconds

4. 800 Meters Race:

• Male: 3 minutes 45 seconds
• Female: 4 minutes 45 seconds

5. Long Jump:

• Male: 3.5 meters (3 chances)
• Female: 3 meters (3 chances)

6. Shot Put (7.26 Kg):

• Male: 4.5 meters
• Female: Not Applicable
