How to Fill SSC Stenographer Grade C & D Online Form 2025

1. Complete SSC One-Time Registration (OTR):
   • SSC has introduced a one-time registration (OTR) system on its new website ssc.gov.in.
   • If you have not yet done OTR, you must complete it first. Without OTR, you cannot apply for any recruitment.
2. Read the Official Notification:
   • Before applying, read the official notification carefully.
   • It contains details about eligibility, exam pattern, syllabus, important dates, and other information.
3. Check Important Dates:
   • Online application starts from 05 June 2025.
   • Last date to apply is 26 June 2025.
4. Understand SSC Photo Instructions:
   • SSC now requires a live photo upload through a webcam or the official SSC app.
   • Make sure your face is straight and the background is light or white.
5. Gather Required Documents:
   • Collect all necessary documents, such as handwritten samples (if required), educational certificates, ID proof, address proof, and other basic details.
6. Scan the Required Documents:
   • Prepare scanned copies of your live photo, signature, ID proof, thumb impression (if required), and other necessary certificates.

   • Fill out all the details carefully and ensure that all columns are accurate.
8. Pay the Application Fee (if applicable):
   • Pay the required application fee online if applicable.
