NRRMS Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

1. Facilitators

• Must have passed 12th standard.
• Should have more than 1 year of experience.
• Must have basic knowledge of computer applications.

2. Coordinator

• Should have passed 12th standard or High School.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

3. Computer Assistant

• Must have passed 12th standard or High School.
• Should have completed at least a 6-month diploma in computers.

4. Multi-Tasking Official

• Must be a graduate or 12th pass.
• Should have more than 2 years of experience.
• Must have computer knowledge.

5. Block Field Coordinator

• Must be a graduate.
• Should be skilled in computer typing, data entry, and report generation.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office.
• Should have at least 1 year of experience in MIS.

6. Communication Officer

• Must be a graduate.
• Should have more than 2 years of experience in the social/community development sector.

7. Block Data Manager

• Must be a graduate.
• Should be skilled in computer typing, data entry, and report generation.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office.
• Should have at least 1 year of experience in MIS.

8. Technical Assistant

• Must be a graduate.
• Should have completed at least 6 months of DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications).
• Must be skilled in computer typing, data entry, and report generation.
• Should have knowledge of MS Office.
• Should have at least 1 year of experience in MIS.

9. Accounts Officer

• Must have a Postgraduate or Graduate degree.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.

10. District Project Officer

• Must have a Postgraduate degree with at least 1 year of experience in the social/community development sector.
• Alternatively, a Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in the same field can also apply.

NRRMS Recruitment 2025: Selection Process & Exam Pattern

1. Written Test (200 Marks)

• General English, General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude – 150 Marks
• Knowledge of Computer (Theory) – 50 Marks

2. Computer Proficiency Test (Practical) – 50 Marks

👉 The total exam will be of 250 marks, and candidates must qualify in both stages to be considered for final selection.
