Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship as per table 1.3(a) of Approval Process Handbook (APH)-2023-23 of All India Council for Technical Education.
• Agriculture stream (for Agriculture Engineering) Obtained atleast 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subject taken togather. OR
• Passed minimum 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. OR
• Passed D.voc Stream in the same or allied sector.
• Candidates who have appeared in Joint Entrance Examination [JEE (MAIN)]-2024 (Paper-I), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and got valid score. Such candidates may apply for appearing in the Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC)-2024 for admission to the first year B.E. / B. Tech. Courses in Govt. Engineering Colleges of Bihar, SGIDT, Patna , Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Womens Institute of Technology, Navodaya Complex, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga (Under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga), Bihar

List of Document Required at the Time of Registration

• Original Admit Card of JEE (MAIN)-2024
• Original Score Card of JEE (MAIN)-2024
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
• Residential Certificate.
• Caste Certificate.
• All the Certificate / documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Engg. Colleges.
• Six copies of the passport size photographs, which was pasted on the Admit Card of JEE (MAIN)-2024.
• Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGEAC-2024.
• Aadhar Card.
• Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH) certificate.

How to Apply Online Form

• Step-One (Registration) : Email Id And Registered Mobile Number.
• Step-Two (Personal Information) : Sign In Using User Id & Password and Fill Personal Details
• Step-Three (Upload Photo & Signature) : Recently Upload High Contrast Colour Photo with Date/ Name Mention on it & Scan Signature Hindi, English
• Step-Four (Educational Information) :  Fill Educational Certificate Details Carefully.
• Step-Five (Preview your Application) : Before Complete Form Preview your Application List then Final Summit.
• Step-Six (Payment of Examination Fee) : After Preview Form and save then Payment option.
• Step-Seven ( Print/ Download Part-A & Part-B): After Payment Complete, You Can Download Part A, B.
