• candidates who have 10th passed, Engineering Diploma or ITI can apply for IOCL Non Executive Recruitment 2024.

IOCL Non Executive Selection Process

Selection process of IOCL Non Executive Recruitment 2024 will be completed through these following steps-

• Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test
• Document Verification
• Medical Test

The Computer based test will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 1 marks each and the time allotted for completing the CBT is 120 minutes. CBT for a discipline may be conducted in one/two/three sessions in a single day. In case the CBT is conducted in more than one session for the same post, the process of “Score Normalization” shall be adopted as per details mentioned at Annexure-Il below.
