How to Fill UPSC CMSE 2025 Online Form
Step 1: One Time Registration (OTR) – Mandatory
- If you haven’t already registered on the UPSC website, complete the One Time Registration (OTR) first.
- Without OTR, you won’t be able to apply for CMSE 2025.
Step 2: Online Application Window
- The application process is open from 19 February 2025 to 11 March 2025.
- Apply as early as possible to secure your preferred exam city (cities in red are already full).
Step 3: Uploading Photograph – Important Instructions
- Upload a recent photograph with your name and the date on which it was taken clearly visible.
